Who Leads This Work

Team Bayanihan brings together the strengths of Vida Santos-Arciaga and Jef Menguin.

Vida Santos-Arciaga is the Founder and President of CREST, Inc. She is an educator by heart and a long-time mentor to HR leaders across the Philippines.

Her work is grounded in human resources, organization development, consulting, research, and education. She has helped HR professionals grow not only in technical skill, but also in confidence, judgment, and purpose.

Vida understands the real work of HR: people, performance, culture, and change.

Jef Menguin is the Founder of Strategic Learning Consultants, Inc. Since 2007, he has designed and facilitated leadership, strategy, culture, and team experiences for Filipino organizations across the country.

He is the creator of Shift Experience Design™, a practical approach to designing learning and team experiences that help people see what must change, practice a better move, and bring the shift back to work.

Together, Vida and Jef bring two strengths into Team Bayanihan:

Organization development and experience design.

They are supported by a team of young, energetic facilitators who help make every Team Bayanihan experience full of laughter, movement, action, and fresh energy.

These facilitators bring the games, challenges, role plays, and group moments to life.

Behind them are experienced facilitators, culture designers, and strategy designers who make sure every activity serves a deeper purpose.

That is why our work is not limited to activities.

Where We Work

Team Bayanihan conducts programs all over the Philippines.

Most of our work is in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan, and Pampanga, where many organizations can gather their teams in hotels, offices, training venues, resorts, and offsite spaces.

We also work with organizations in other parts of the country.
